It lands better than you think
Someone makes your life easier every single day. Today, they find out you noticed.
Today’s practice
Thank one person for one specific thing.
Do it today, in the real world. Afterwards, notice what it did, to them and to you.
Why it works
When researchers asked people to write a short thank-you note, they consistently underestimated how surprised and happy the person reading it would feel, and overestimated how awkward it would be. In other words: the thank-you you've been holding back lands far better than you think.

Tell us how it went
Leave a comment on YouTube: how it landed, how it felt, even if it came out clumsy. Reading each other’s stories is half the practice.
